Foxglove Farm is a working 120-acre historic organic farm nestled in a picturesque mountain valley on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada. The farm is surrounded by forest, pastures and creeks, and borders the pristine Maxwell Lake. We are located in the most secluded part of the island, yet only 10 minutes from the main town of Ganges.

The farm currently produces strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, asparagus, melons, greens, roots, a wide range of annual Mediterranean vegetables, as well as a new orchard of diverse varieties of peach, plum, apple, pear, quince, persimmon, and cherry. Grain production and mixed livestock are in development.

Our organically grown fruits, vegetables, and eggs are available to guests picked to order for purchase from the farm, at the Tuesday and Saturday Salt Spring Island farmers markets, and at local stores and at select local restaurants on Salt Spring Island and in Vancouver and Victoria.

We have over thirty years of farming and market garden experience, and invite guests to visit us as we work in the fields and orchards, ask questions, and observe life on the farm.
